Personal Profile Analysis (PPA)
As qualified PPA Practitioners of Thomas International, we are able to offer Personal Profile Analysis as an additional recruitment tool or candidate and team assessment method.
What would I use it for?
Profiling Individuals:
Can be used at recruitment stage to sense check a candidate’s fit, helping to eliminate the need for guesswork. A Personal Profile provides an insight into how people behave at work, highlighting their strengths and limitations, how they communicate and what motivates them.
Profiling Teams:
This highlights the strength and weaknesses of the team as a whole by looking at the individuals and the role they play within it. This can provide a useful insight into underperforming teams or as information for a newly appointed manager. It can also identify personality clashes and thus enables more effective people management.
Profiling Jobs:
Profiling jobs means you are able to come up with an objective view of the behavioural characteristics needed for a role to be performed successfully allowing you (and us) to more accurately recruit the right person to fill it.
